Over nutrition means the body has consumed too much food, as well as vitamins and minerals over a period of time. This is why proportion size and eating in moderation is very important because the body can become over nourished to the point where it becomes unhealthy and possibly lead to death. Mainly consuming an excess amount of carbohydrates and fats contribute to the body being over nourished and this can become a dange r to a person’s health.
